Information Centers
The Information Center is located to the left of the front entrance.  Guests and members can stop by the center to fill out forms, obtain information about special events, or sign up for activities.  The Information Centers are staffed 30 minutes before and after every service and throughout all special events.

Yearly Calendar
A calendar for the next year with main events on it is given to each department head in October. Each department head fills in events and activities for his/her department on the dates that are preferred for those activities. Then, each department head turns in his/her calendar. All events are compiled into one main calendar. If there is a major conflict, the department head is contacted and a better date is selected. During the November Leadership meeting, each date and event is reviewed to see if anyone sees a conflict. Necessary corrections are then made.

The church family receives a calendar of major events at the beginning of each calendar year.
